By accessing or using EveMC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Code of Conduct

Players are expected to treat each other with respect. Harassment, hate speech, exploiting, or cheating will result in a ban from the network. Respect the staff team's decisions.

3. Purchases and Refunds

All purchases are final. Because digital goods are delivered immediately upon successful payment, we do not offer refunds once the transaction is complete. Initiating a chargeback will result in a permanent ban.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. EveMC is not responsible for any loss of items, ranks, or data resulting from a compromised account.

5. Modifications to Service

EveMC reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Ranks and perks are subject to change.
